Joshua Alexander, MD, Program Director.
Program Director, TelAbility. Director of Pediatric Rehabilitation, UNC Hospitals. Associate Professor, Departments of Pediatrics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, UNC School of Medicine. Areas of interest include cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spasticity management, the medical home for children with special health care needs, telemedicine and telehealth for children with disabilities, brain injury, and transition to adulthood for children with disabilities. WATCH community's pediatrician.
 
Juliellen Simpson-Vos, Project Director.
Juliellen has her master's degree in early childhood education and fifteen years of experience working in the early childhood field. She has been both an early childhood teacher and center director. She has managed several Smart Start funded quality improvement programs throughout Wake, Durham and Orange Counties. Her interests include strengthening collaboration, services, and resources for the early childhood and early intervention community. Juliellen lives in Durham with her husband and 3 year old daughter.
 
Darlene K. Sekerak, PT, PhD
Professor, Division of Physical Therapy and Associate Chair, Department of Allied Health Sciences, School of Medicine, UNC-Chapel Hill. Research interests in Evidence-based practice, service delivery models, and validity of observations via interactive multimedia conferencing. Twenty-five years combined experience in pediatric physical therapy practice, research and teaching.
